need help with pop up

I have a pop up that keeps coming up telling me that i have anti spy on my computer that could infect it.When i click on this it brings me to a web page telling me if I download this product it will get rid of infected anti spy on my computer.All help would be appreciated. Thanks snowman:sad3:

You have spybots on your machine. Download spybot search and destroy and it will fix your problems. Its free.

1. It's spyware, not spybots.
2. Spybot hasn't been good since about 2003.
